Mark Ceely

BIOGRAPHY

Mark was born in Falmouth, Mass., and soon after his family relocated to Balboa, Panama. After living abroad for 5 years his family moved back to the U.S., living in Houston, TX. for a couple of years and then settling in Dunedin, Florida.
Mark attended St. Petersburg College and the University of Central Florida, majoring in Accounting & Finance. After deciding to change his career outlook he attended the GTE Resident School in the U. S. Army, earning a Certificate in Multi-Channel Communications to start his technical career.

In 2012 Mark married Andrea joining his two sons Cole and Evan with her daughter Bella into one happy family. Now with four children since the birth of their daughter Kate, they are constantly busy with activites. Between pre-school, middle school and high school activities he still manages to fit in plenty of quite time with Andrea.
Mark accumulated more than 20 years of technical experience working with the U.S. Army, P-COM, Winstar, Time Warner, C-COR, ARRIS, Columbus Communications, IBM, HP and Infosys. At P-COM Mark was the first to establish a full GIGABIT point-to-point wireless system for Siemens campus network.

With his proven strong technical ability, communication skills and continual improvement across varied disciplines, Mark has become a leader in the ServiceNow ecosystem. In the past 2 decades he worked with HP, IBM and Columbus Communications. Joining Columbus in 2008, Mark was responsible for the Network Management Systems that included Columbus Networks, Cable Bahamas and the Flow entities in the Caribbean.

In 2011 Mark moved on in his career to consulting directly for IBM. As of 2015 Mark joined Infosys Limited as a Principal - Enterprise Applications. Anchoring the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. Shaping consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Mark is on the constant look out for new opportunities to further his career and now in 2018 Mark has decided to launch his own venture in BECK Strategies Inc. as Co-Founder & CEO. With his leadership he has taken BECK from a Registered ServiceNow Partner to Elite status in record time. Mark has since sold BECK in 2022 to InSource, Inc. and accepted a position with them as Practice Director – SecOps & IRM.
